I’ve walked the late nights, the tears, the questions: “Am I doing this right?”
Over the years, I’ve supported families not only as a parent—but as an award-winning educator, emotional leadership expert, and conflict resolution scholar. With more than two decades in education and a PhD in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, parents, and schools who want something deeper than quick fixes.
I’m also the founder of Peace Centered Services, creator of The Confident Child Conference, and author of resources designed to help families build confidence and emotional resilience at home.
But more than any title, I’m someone who believes you don’t need perfection to raise confident kids.
You need tools, support, and a way forward that actually fits real life.

Peace Centered Services didn’t begin as a business idea.
It began with a question many parents quietly carry:
Why does loving my child feel harder than it should sometimes?
I saw how easily families fall into patterns of reaction, pressure, and emotional shutdown—often without meaning to. The result? Homes filled with love… but also tension, guilt, and exhaustion.
I began asking a different question:
What would it look like to build homes rooted in calm, clarity, and confidence—on purpose?
This work grew out of that question.
Out of lived experience.
Out of a desire to help families repair what’s been strained, restore what’s been overlooked, and raise children who know who they are.
This work isn’t about fixing kids or forcing parents into rigid formulas
.
It’s about helping families rebuild connection, restore peace, and raise confident children—through simple tools, intentional guidance, and encouragement that meets you right where you are.
Everything I teach is designed to be usable in real life—during morning rushes, bedtime meltdowns, and everyday moments that shape a child’s inner world.
You won’t find shame, pressure, or perfectionism here.
You’ll find room to breathe, tools that work, and a path forward that brings more peace to your home and confidence to your child.
They really enjoyed the coaching sessions. When some of my son's classmates were saying to him that they were nervous about the concert, he said to them, ‘think positively and make sure you don't stay in CANTVILLE during the concert!

Dr. Nwabuzor has a fantastic ability to connect with students and was constantly looking for ways to advance her knowledge to help them even more. Her ability to teach both simple and advanced concepts is truly exceptional.
